Wednesday's Journal

Today I overate. What more can I say, I have no excuse I did it. It was wrong.

Today's Journal:

1 cup rice with 2 T cinnamon/sugar and 1/2 cup milk: 7.5
hot dog: 6
cocoa: 1
cheddar chicken spaghetti: 5
dinner rolls with butter: 11

This came to 30.5 points. My flex point balance is now -12. And I am fighting the urge to eat a bag of fun size three muskateers really hard.
