Wednesday's Journal

Today was an emotional day for me. But the good news is I did not turn to food! I was up and down, and up and down. Gotta love hormones. When the children were eating cocoa crispies for a snack this afternoon, I didn't give in and have some! Woohoo! I honestly don't think I have a chance of even being back down to 170, last week's weight, this Friday. But that is okay, Next Friday will show a loss and I will be back on schedule losing. I really want to make my 168 goal I set for myself though.

Here is today's journal:

2 eggs with 2 slices toast: 7
chicken chimichanga: 8
2 breadsticks: 6
pretzels: 2
apple: 1
diet Sunkist: 0

This came to 24 which is 2 points over my target for today. But that's okay. I earned 1 activity point by exercising 15 minutes. I am going to vary the duration of my workouts now that I have worked up to 45 minutes. I hope this will work well for my muscles and keep them growing and challenged.
