Saturday's Journal



Today I went into town, which is 40 miles away, and spent time with my sister. We went to the movies and I did great! I didn't eat popcorn or candy, or drink an icee! I brought with me some grapes and 2 popcorn cakes and to drink some water. I was very satisfied, and aside from having to use the ladies room badly towards the end of the movie, it was just as fun as it has been in the past. I did eat 6 points over my target, but I still have flex points left, and this weekend is going so much better than last weekend.

Here is my food journal for today:

banana: 2
2 caramel popcorn cakes: 2
1 cup grapes: 1
frozen yogurt: 4
hot dog: 12.5
cake: 8

This totaled 28.5 points. I earned 1 activity point today which isn't much. I have 14 flex points left so far for the week.
