Friday's Journal

Today I went shopping and got my exercise by walking, walking, walking. I also ate at In & Out Burger but felt awful afterwards. I guess I am just not used to eating that way, and my body can't take it anymore. I also couldn't finish the burger or fries. But I was able to finish the shake.

Here is my journal:

3 pieces turkey bacon: 2.5
In & Out Cheeseburger: 11
In & Out Fries: 9
In & Out Chocolate Shake: 17

This totaled 39.5 points. I earned at least 2 activity points, I'm sure more, but I am only counting two. So I used 15.5 of my flex points for the week.
