Monday's Journal

Today I was very happy to be back on track with my points. I did go over by 1 point to make 23 points for the day, but I earned 4 activity points, so it worked out. I worked out in the morning, and in the evening. I am trying Carmen Electra's Stripetease workout. I want to surprise my dh once I have lost all my weight and am in better shape. I feel a whole lot more limber after doing it tonight. But boy do I lack flexiblility.

So here is my journal for today:

cocoa with cool whip: 2
1/2 cup oatmeal with T brown sugar and 1/4 cup milk: 5.5
turkey sandwich: 2.5
bean and cheese burrito: 7
1/2 can diet Sunkist: 0
pretzels: 2
cocoa with cool whip: 2
banana: 2

This totaled 23 points.

I didn't do to terribly bad today.
