Monday's Journal
This week has been super hard. I guess it is because I have my period, but I just seem to want to eat more horribly than usual. Yesterday I had a stomach bug, so I haven't gained anything, but I haven't lost either. But I have been weighing myself each week a few days before official weigh in and I usually show up a bit, and this morning I only showed the same so I think I will still lose a pound. But I keep thinking that if I hadn't blown it at all I maybe would lose 2 or more pounds. I am going to try it next week and see.
So here is my very embarrassing food journal for today:
oatmeal: 5.5
cocoa: 1
peanut butter & jelly sandwich: 1
black bean soup:3
tortilla chips and cheese: 4
cheese bite: 1
chocolate molten cake: 7
3 cookie bars: 12
This came to 37.5 points. This takes me to -7.5 in my weekly flex points. Sigh, why do I do this? And why will I most likely still lose a pound when for a couple weeks I have gone under by 10-12 points and still only lost a pound? Some questions are just to big for me.
