Tuesday's Journal
Today I did pretty good, at least until dinner when I tasted the butter breadsticks that I made to go with it. Even then I didn't eat them all, ha-ha! Looking at my food list today is seems really long. I feel like I have done nothing but eat today. I should be getting my period this weekend, so I guess that is why I am struggling so much. I did get the courage to step on the scale this morning and it was 171. Knowing that I am still carrying water I think that isn't too bad. Now if I can lose that and maybe a tiny bit more by Friday that would be cool.
Here is today's journal:
cocoa: 2
oatmeal with T sugar, 1/4 cup milk: 5.5
turkey sandwich: 2.5
brocolli: 0
turkey slices with cocoa: 2
ravioli with 1/2 cup marinara: 6
brocolli: 0
1 piece Almond Roca (yuck, won't do that again): 1.5
banana: 2
butter breadsticks: 4.5
I have been craving brocolli a lot lately, so I have eaten it twice today. Pretty strange for me. Today's food points totaled 26, and I earned 3 activity points. I worked out HARD today and my legs are going to be sore in the morning.
