Tuesday's Journal
Today was tough. I just wanted to eat and eat and eat. I have some fun size candy bars that I bought while they were on sale for Christmas for the children with a double coupon, and I want to grab the bag and gobble them all up. Just the other day I received my WW online newsletter that warned about the halloween candy, and I arrogantly thought, "that won't be a problem". Ha-ha, the laugh is on me, because it is getting tough. Oh and in case you are wondering, no the candy I bought doesn't have any halloween stuff on it, so they won't be getting halloween stuff in their Christmas stockings, lol! So I thought I would do fine through the holidays and it wouldn't be that tough, but now I know better and I am going to really have to put my blinders on.
As far as eating today, I did okay. I had a few bites more of mashed potatoes than I should have, but other than that I did fine and stayed in my points target for today. I earned 2 activity points exercising. So hopefully that will help with those two bites.
Today's Food Journal:
oatmeal with T sugar 1/4 cup milk: 5.5
cocoa: 2
grilled cheese sandwich: 3
apple: 1
tortilla chips: 3
beef: 3
1/2 cup corn: 1
1/2 cup mashed potatoes: 2
This came to 20.5 points. My target was 22 so I guess I did fine.
