Sunday's Journal
Well, it looks like I am back on track. I actually went under by one point today. Now, tomorrow if I can get myself back into the groove of exercising I will really start to feel much better. I haven't been drinking water today, which isn't good at all. Today at the grocery store I found some wheat bread by Sara Lee that is only 1 point for 2 slices. I was very excited. I am going to try to make my own recipe for 1 point bread. I really prefer homemade bread to store-bought. If I am successful, I will post the recipe.
