Tuesday's Journal
Okay, here goes with my journal. As far as losing weight goes, I am doing pretty well. But as was pointed out gently to me, I am not leaning to eat better. I will try to improve, but it is very hard. My flesh DOESN'T WANT TO. I will pray about making changes and see where it leads. I really need to talk to David about what he wants also. Thanks Christina for pushing me to reach higher :)
Today's journal:
oatmeal with 1/2 cup milk and T. sugar: 5.5
cocoa: 1
peanut butter and jam sandwich on french bread: 4
chimichanga: 8
cocoa: 1
banana: 2
tortilla chips: 4.5
This totaled 26 points. I still have 17 points left over in my flex bank.
Today's journal:

I for one am so proud of you! I think you are doing super. I really think it's about baby steps and just cutting your portions is a HUGE thing! You are losing and that is what is important. I also really appreciate how bold you are in putting your daily food intake here. I am not so good. :( These last few days I can not even begin to imagine how many points I ate - all because I was depressed over gaining .4 lbs. Ugg, I am too easily discouraged. You, dear sister, encourage me greatly! Blessings on your weight loss journey!
