Saturday's Journal
Today was a very fun day. I took the children to a corn maze with my mother and her husband. It was a blast and boy did we walk. I earned 4 activity points in the maze and had a great time doing it. Afterwards we hit Taco Bell, and then went to the Dollar Tree, which I have to be careful in because I will spend to much. My muscles are still really sore from my Thursday lower body workout. But I guess it's a good sign. I have lost a total of 11.5 inches on my body since I began this journey to lose weight. And as I was dressing this morning, I noticed that the roll of fat I had on my back is practically gone. That got me really excited. Now if my saggy belly roll would dissappear I would be super excited! The other day I was talking to my neighbor and showing her my pocket food journal and it was so neat to see everything that I have eaten recorded in my little book. Here I have various different WW journals that you can print out and use for yourself. Oh I found a neat site that offers a program for weight loss for $29.95 a YEAR. This is a great deal! The program sounds very similar to WW but you count calories instead of points. It creates a program for you specifically by asking you questions. When I reach my goal, I might switch over to this, I don't know though WW has worked really well for me. And you know counting actual calories might be easier than doing a formula to figure points all the time. And the price is right.
