Tuesday's Journal
Today I had a pretty good day until I made the children tollhouse bar cookies. But I only ate one. It still put me over my daily point target by 1.5 points. But I guess I didn't totally ruin my diet.
banana: 2
cocoa: 1
bean and cheese burrito: 5
omelette cass. w/home fried pot: 6.5
tollhouse bar cookie: 5
choc muffin: 5
apple: 1
Like I said I went over my 24 point target by 1.5 points. But I did earn 2 exercise points so I guess it really works out.
