Monday's Journal
Okay, I skipped a few days. Let me just say that I have stayed on points for the days I skipped although it was difficult. Life has just been crazy and I haven't had much time to blog.
Today's food journal:
1 cup shredded wheat with 1/2 cup milk: 4.5
banana: 2
sub sandwich (just part of one): 3.5
apple: 1
brownie: 4.5
bean and cheese burrito: 6.5
This came to 22 points which is my target. I did not exercise so I am kind of dissappointed in myself about that.
