Thursday's Journal
Today I did alright I think. I did great until the evening when I became ravenous. I was planning on making pizza, but decided instead to order Domino's. I decided that I wanted to just relax and eat whatever I wanted and not worry about points. I thought I needed the break. So I grabbed a cheesestick and started to gobble. After the cheesestick I ate a piece of veggie pizza. I grabbed a diet soda and took a few swigs because I knew carbonation fills me up. Then I had one more cheesestick and I was stuffed. I couldn't believe it. After 1 piece of pizza and 2 cheesesticks I was full. In the past I would have had 3 or 4 pieces and half the order of cheesesticks. So I am encouraged that my appetite has shrunk. But I am afraid that all that sodium could affect my weigh in tomorrow. My ring finger is very swollen so I know I do have extra water in me.
Here is my food journal:
poached egg: 2
chocolate muffin: 3
peanut butter and jelly sandwich: 6.5
1 slice pizza: 6
2 slices cheesy bread: 6
cocoa: 1
This worked out to 24.5 points. I earned 2 activity points, so I only used .5 from my flex points. I have 10 flex points left for the week, and it resets tomorrow.
