Sunday's Journal

Today I did fine. I was allowed 27 points for the Wendie plan, and stayed under that. I also earned 2 activity points.

Here is my journal:

oatmeal: 5.5
cocoa: 2
biscuits & gravy: 5.5
cocoa: 3
1/2 cup chicken breast: 3
1/2 cup corn: 1
1/2 cup potatoes with 1/4 cup gravy: 3
cocoa: 2

This came to 25.5 points. My flex point balance is 25.5 points.
