This is my weight loss journal online. Here I will share my progress and struggles. I want to be an encouragement to others that might also be struggling to lose weight and need to feel not so alone. I need to lose a total of 63 pounds so here goes!!!

Saturday's Journal

Today I helped myself out by eating some unhealthy tv dinners. It helped by making me feel like I was having a treat, because we rarely eat tv dinners here, lol!

Here is my journal for today:

oatmeal: 5.5
cocoa: 1
popcorn cake: 1
tv dinner: 6
tv dinner: 4
popcorn cake: 1
fudgecycle: 1
cocoa: 2
apple: 1

This came to 22.5 points. Wendie plan target for today was 23, so I went a half a point under. Yesterday the target was 37, but I only had 31. So I guess I am doing good so far this week. It is only the beginning though so I need to stay strong and keep focused. I really would like to lose 2 pounds this week. We'll see. I took the day off of exercise today and it was a treat.
