Friday's Journal

Today I visited my sister. We had a good time. I have decided to go back onto the Wendie plan because looking at my loss history today I realized that I was doing better. So back on the Wendie plan I go. Today was my super high day, which means that I am supposed to eat 37 points. I didn't, I couldn't fit it in. But I came close at 31 points. Tomorrow will be a low day.

Here is my food journal for today:

banana: 2
cocoa: 1
popcorn cake: 1
1/3 double chocolate muffin: 4.5
6"turkey sub: 6
2/3 cold stone shake: 11
1 slice pepperoni pizza: 5.5

This came to 31 points. I earned 1 activity point. My flex balance is 27 points.
