Monday's Journal

Today was a pretty good day. I crocheted a backpack/purse and it came out cute. The children were pretty well behaved, and things went well. I did blow it by eating some fun size candy bars. Man staying strong during Halloween is HARD. But tomorrow it will be gone, and I just switched my Wendie plan days, so that I can stay on track.

Here is my food journal:

cocoa: 1.5
oatmeal with sugar and milk: 5.5
tv dinner: 5
chicken enchiladas with refried beans: 7
2 fun size snickers bars: 4
3 fun size muskateer bars: 4
1 fun size kit kat bar: 2

This came to 29 points. I earned 2 activity points and used them. I have 20.5 flex points left.
