Monday's Journal
I haven't been journaling here for a few days. I have been feeling unwell, so I just haven't taken the time. I am still plugging away though. I am eating up my flexpoints this week, and not really sticking to the Wendie plan very well. I am dissappointed in myself, but I really am just glad that I am hanging in there at all with how I have been feeling. So I only have 3 flex points left for the week. It's a good thing that they reset on Friday.
Here is my journal today, and you will see I really blew it all today:
biscuits and gravy: 3
cereal: 4.5
hot dog: 7
cocoa: 1
1/2 cup mint chip ice cream: 3.5
1/2 cup hamburger helper (yuck): 3.5
5 chocolate chip cookies: 15
I REALLY need to stay away from cookies. I don't have the strength to let even one pass through my lips, because then I want another and another and another. And then it seems to cause temporary brain damage, because I think it won't mess up my points. So, NO cookies for me!
