Sorry to Flake Out

I am sorry that I haven't been posting. Life has just been so busy lately. I have been keeping on program, and have gotten down to 162. Pretty good, eh? Now I am changing my program just a bit. I have been doing Weight Watcher's, but it has gotten harder and I have to admit I am tired of constantly doing the math to figure points on everything I eat. So now I am counting bites. This so far has been easier for me and I don't have the stress of having eaten to many points at breakfast, so I don't have any left for dinner.

This is how I have my bites scheduled throughout the day:

Breakfast: 18
Snack: 5
Lunch: 15
Snack: 5
Dinner: 18

This works out to 61 bites a day. I might have to make the breakfast and lunch bites less, because I am getting full. Water between each mean/snack. I have only done this for one day, but I am going to try this until Friday the 16th. If I am continuing to lose with this, then I will stop WW and do this. I really hope it works, because it would be so nice to not have to pay $17 a month anymore.

I have gone up due to water retention, my ring won't budge on my finger. So yesterday I was 165. This morning I was 164 after doing the bite counting and I am still retaining tons of water, since my ring won't move still. So I am hopeful that I can get the water out of me and maybe weigh 161 by Friday. I really hope so.
